Healthier Pumpkin Recipe Roundup

Thanksgiving is around the corner and as a pumpkin lover, I had to roundup a bunch of my favorite pumpkin recipes that are free of wheat, dairy, gluten and overly refined sugar— because I'm still not sick of pumpkin (and probably never will be)!

Simple Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Double Espresso

  • steamed Almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • cinnamon

  • a spoonful of coconut sugar or sweetener of your choice if you’re used to a sweet beverage

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup of organic pumpkin purée

  • 1 scoop of vital proteins collagen powder (or other protein powder of your choice)

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  • dash of maple syrup if you want it to be a little sweeter

The rest of the recipes are based on recipes i’ve tried and loved. Anything Sweet Laurel Bakery is always incredible so I had to include several of their pumpkin recipes. If you enjoy pumpkin as much as I do, don’t do well with grain, gluten, and refined sugars, and must have something pumpkin at thanksgiving, then these recipes are for you!
